Annually, through the creation of costumes, children and youth learn about Caribbean culture and actively participate in the production, performance and competition of mas. They are able to learn and apply artistic expression, while practicing time management and project management techniques which serve them through out life. Exposure to elements of the various national influences on Caribbean culture build their empathy and communication skills. Performance helps to build their self-esteem in team environment.
